Too many fat people

Sitting beside the pool here in Sun City I noticed an unusual number of overweight people revealing far more skin than is considered acceptable. It appeares to me the following laws apply to overweight people.
1. They always take the most prominent seats near the pool.
2. They always wear the smallest swimsuits.
3. The always dive into the pool causing the biggest splash.
4. They always apply their sunscreen with great gusto.
5. They always enjoy a full meal around the pool.
6. They always have a crowd of people with them.
7. They always laugh and joke and seem to be enjoying themselves.
8. They always smile at others and try to engage you in conversation.

And then it dawned on me – I am one of these people. And I realized why we love life so much. We have nothing to prove. We are who we are and we have come to love being in our skin.
I think we have learned that we are not perfect people and so why not just get on with loving God – loving life and loving people.
I wonder what your imperfection is. Doesn’t matter – just make it your goal to love life every minute of every day.
